Established in March 2002, E-ICT Integrated Training Center is a non-profit organisation that works in Kigali city and the surrounding areas of Rwanda.
The E-ICT Institute is the first not-for-profit non-governmental organization with a clear mandate to produce and offer an extremely wide range of technical subjects to the community in Rwanda, especially in light of Vision 2020. An excellent basic infrastructture has been put in place and incredible potential exists for a succesful future for the E-ICT Training Center.

The Initial vision of the center is to become a national and regional center of excellence in Electronics and Information Communication Technology training of International Standards.

The model of development is designed around the central idea of creating a big and highly competent middle class that uses ICT as an enabler, an accelerator and a tool for increasing productivity in public and private sectors and for creating exportable goods.

E-ICT Integrated Center has become a major ICT training center and has already graduated thousands. E-ICT is a public institution that specializes in ICT short courses, basic computer literacy to taking students from zero knowledge in expertise in office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows), and advanced computer literacy like networking, graphic and website design, system administration and programming.

E-ICT serves all age groups.

The E-ICT Training Center has been approved as a ICDL Testing Center, which administers internationally recognized ICDL examinations. The classrooms accomodate up to 25 students with modern computers, high-speed internet connection, state of the art equipment, infrastructure and highly qualified instructors.
